Thanksgiving was super successful. We woke up at 6AM to prep the turkey, stuff the turkey, question the turkey, google and youtube the turkey, and finally spice up the turkey before shoving it into the oven at 7:15. We basted and basted and basted the turkey for 6 hours and when that little pop-up button popped... well I had never felt so proud.
We had far too much food, the company was great, Apollo was in heaven and we've been eating leftovers for three days. Mission accomplished.
