Day 9: a moment in my day.

Today's challenge: A moment in your day (this can be just a photo or both a photo and words). 

I'm sharing this photo for two reasons. The first is that it's the only photo I've taken all day, and Apollo's very close to me so I didn't have to move to snap it. The second is that I'm very excited she's back to being herself.

Apollo's been a little out of sorts. After bringing our new kitten, Artie, home from the shelter Apollo's been a little different. The first few days she was curious. She slowly moved to interested, then to "wow, a playmate!"... and then sadly, she "realized Artie was here to stay". Ever since then, which happened about last Saturday, Apollo's been ignoring us, staying away from her regular routine, not eating her food, and being vicious to Artie.

So I'm very glad to see her back on "her bed", and catching some ZZZ's. It gives me some hope that she'll return back to her fun-loving self very soon.
