Something blue...

I knew I wanted my something blue to be my name & wedding date embroidered in my dress. So, when I was at Michaels one of the last 50 times I bought a .59 cent small white canvas type fabric and brought it to the mall -- to Lids to be exact.

You know Lids, the store with all the hats?! Well, they have an embroidering machine and blue thread. ;)

They asked me what I wanted:



Set it all up in their machine:



And a few minutes [and $9 later] I had this beauty:


Now, all I have to do is cut it down and pin it into my dress! Yay!
