No rain in Seattle. Yay!

We had a super busy week! Our journey began with this view from the plane...


Our first night we had dinner at McCormick & Schmick's and the brothers got a little rowdy...

The next morning, it was a little cool & cloudy but we made our way here...



Twenty minutes in line and five hundred & twenty feet up in the air led us to some blue skies...


He set his fear of heights aside to take this pic...



At night, we took in a baseball game. The Redsox happened to be in town & they won [finally -- in the 13th inning!].



Friday was packed with an outdoor art show, lunch, nail appointments & dinner, while the boys had a bachelor's party in Portland, Oregon. Sadly, thankfully [?] we don't have pictures of that.

Saturday, we checked into here:



There was absolutely nothing negative about the hotel but I was happy to see they had a reliable and approachable place to launch complaints...



I enjoyed their sign in the lobby almost as much as I enjoyed Ruthie [the basset-hound] herself...


After the rehearsal & wine tasting, we got ready for the rehearsal dinner... which was here:



Sunday continued & fulfilled the wedding festivities. & Sean walked his mom down the aisle =)


There was a lot of wine... I guess that's what happens here:

I couldn't really imagine a place setting more beautiful...

Monday, our GPS tried to get us to Mount Rainier but instead brought us here...




After six hours of wrong turns, dead ends, many laughs and perfect company -- we finally found our way here:



It was elegant, beautiful, fun-filled, adventurous & perfect. What a trip!
