Yesterday was my final day of vacation. I had 15 days off... I know, I know - the perks of being a private school teacher. But I have to admit -- it passed by quickly and today it didn't even feel like break ended one day ago.
Since it was the last day of vacation, and Sean had the day off for the holiday we decided to go out to lunch at place where they give you a bunch of chicken wings in a bowl... and another bowl for all your bones. It's pretty neat unless you're a vegetarian and then I don't think you should go there.
After dinner, we celebrated my cousin Sam's birthday with a very neat cake.
This week, is a pretty busy one. Between packing all of our belongings to move (I think I may be a hoarder?) and going back to work (I wish I was a stay-at-home-wife?)... I'm also getting together writing a million six papers and putting together a bunch of other things that I waited to complete start until my seminar was close next weekend. I think I secretly enjoy being crammed for time. Things always seem to work out. :)
i'm with ya on wishing you were a stay at home wife. i had that same thought today. the wing place sounds cool though and that cake is adorable! i've missed seeing you around. i've been gone for a few weeks and there was no way i'd be able to go back and read all posts from everyone, so i'm glad to see this post from you :)
