I'm excited for February to be over. It's been a rough one and a very expensive month. I'm looking forward to March for a couple of reasons. The first is that I have two weeks off. The second is that it's Sean's birthday, Apollo's birthday and the first day of spring. The third is that time moves forward so there's more sunlight when I get out of work at the end of the day. I can't wait.

We haven't done much to the house in February. There are things I want to do, but I get discouraged. Since we don't have much money right now the stuff I can afford to do is put away, find space and organize/re-organize stuff I already have. Sean doesn't want anything to do with finding places for wallets and bracelets and scrapbooking stuff and it's no fun to do alone. There are just piles and piles of stuff around the house. We haven't hung anything on the walls because the plan is to strip wallpaper and paint all the walls. Now that I know what it takes to fill holes and sand walls and prep walls for painting I'm not about to hang things just to take them down to paint in a few weeks. So the walls are bare.

I'm off to nurse my cold, not organize or hang pictures and watch MTV's specials of Teen Mom. I'm not sure why I find these girls fascinating?
